Silvia Hernandez is a Partner in People Advisory Services at EY based in Stuttgart. She is the thought leader for EY Future of Work methodology in Europe. She works with global organizations in designing transformational programs – aimed at creating an agile, flexible and resilient workforce that is capable of thriving in the digital economy. She is also responsible for the Automotive and Transportation Sector in GSA.
Silvia was born and raised in Spain, and has spent the last 25 years studying and working overseas. She is an experienced management consultant with industry and professional services roles across Europe and the US including leadership roles in strategy development, business development and project execution.
After graduating from the University of Leon and Manchester Metropolitan University, she obtained an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University and has recently completed Advanced Strategy Executive Education at INSEAD Business School.
